Landing
Landing was established in 2005 by a group of 11 dance and performing artists, with the artistic vision to create site-specific performing arts. In 2010 Landing reorganised, and now functions as a partnership with limited liability/DA with two members; Ina Coll Kjølmoen and Venke Marie Sortland, aiming to initiate, produce and support site-specific and target group-specific performing arts projects, contribute to spread dance art to new audiences, and to initiate development and research within the field.
The autumn of 2011 Landing was allotted an office at Soria Laboratoria in Oslo, an office community of performing artists. Landing has built its competence through ambitious aims, passionate involvement and through learning by doing. The company continuously evaluates its agenda, its working methods and what is communicated.

Landing's general aims are as follows:
"1. THE MEETING
Landing seeks dialogue with still new units and individuals in society. Through initiating and doing research on different kinds of meetings with our audience, we seek to contribute to greater interest for contemporary arts in a greater audience.
2. QUALITY AND INNOVATION
Landing wants to be a quality guarantee stamp for good, communicating dance arts without limits, expanding horizons. We question what can be called dance art, what can be part of an arts project, and explores the contexts art can be shown within.
3. INITIATE, PRODUCE, CONVEY
Landing wants to initiate and contribute to the realisation of dance art projects, in smaller and larger scale. We want to initiate and maintain different forums for interdisciplinary development, discussion and inspiration, and to contribute to networks across expressions within the field of contemporary arts."
