Crime and Punishment
Crime and Punishment (2015) was a theatre production by Kristinsdottir/Willyson in collaboration with Black Box Teater, BIT Teatergarasjen and Scenekunst Østfold. Crime and Punishment was based on the 1927 novel by Fyodor Dostoyevsky. The production was the third in the trilogy Classics for kids.
Hildur Kristinsdottir directed it.
Classics for kids is a theatre trilogy for children aged ten years or more. Among the aims are making chosen classics available, topical and to discuss them. The artists behind want to inspire children, and they find that through the right dissemination no issue is too scary, to embarrassing or too difficult. The first production of the series was Faust for kids (2012). The second was To the Lighthouse (2014).
