Lady Inger

Lady Inger (1977) was a theatre production by The Norwegian Touring Theatre, based on the play by Henrik Ibsen. The production went on tour the autumn of 1977, with its tour opening in Drammen December 3.

Svein Erik Brodal directed it.

Gudrun Waadeland interpreted the title role.

The production went on new Norwegian tours the winter of 1978 and the autumn of 1978, and visited Karlstad and Stockholm in Sweden in March 1978.

Lady Inger was also performed as summer theatre in the outdoors area at Akershus Castle the summer of 1978, the summer of 1979, the summer of 1982 and the summer of 1983.

The production visited The Arts Festival of North Norway for two evenings in 1982. It went on shorter tours the spring of 1983 and the autumn of 1984.
