Oluf

Oluf (1989) was a theatre production produced by The Arctic Theatre, based on a play by Arthur Arntzen. The production had its premiere at Harstad Kino during Arctic Arts Festival. Next, it was performed on tour in Northern Norway and larger cities in Southern Norway, the latter in collaboration with The Norwegian Touring Theatre. Most of the tour went by boat, M/S Innvik.

Lennart Lidström directed it.

At the time, the production was the most-selling production in the history of The Arctic Theatre, though it has later been surpassed by Den fordømte nordlendingen* (The Damned Northerner), also by Arntzen and directed by Lidström. Oluf was seen by 79 942 spectators.

In addition, Oluf was filmed and broadcast by Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation.
