Alpaca Ensemble
Alpaca Ensemble is a Norwegian contemporary music ensemble with a varying crew, anchored in the classical piano trio Trio Alpaca and the composer/sax player Eirik Hegdal.
Alpaca Trio consists of Sigrid Elisabeth Stang (violin), Marianne Baudouin Lie (cello) and Else Bø (piano).

Alpaca Ensemble has released the EP Skråpanel and the CDs Tapet Tapet (Jazzaway, 2007) and Elevator (Øra Fonogram, 2010). The music is written by Hegdal bordering jazz and contemporary music. Tor Haugerud contributes percussion in Tapet Tapet. The music of Elevator is written by Hegdal, with lyrics by Matt Burt.
