Harstad Kulturhus
The concept of Harstad Kulturhus is founded in multiple use of the building, shared by the culture centre and a hotel. Hotel Arcticus opened at the same time as the culture centre. The municipality of Harstad runs a library in the building and it also houses rehearsal rooms for The Norwegian Army Band Northern Norway, the regional musicians of Troms and their ensemble called Arctimus. Besides the administration of Harstad Kulturhus, The Arts Festival of North Norway has its offices in the building.
