Thornton Wilder

Thornton Wilder (1897-1975) was an American playwright.

He was given The Pulitzer Prize for drama twice, for Our Town (1938) and for The Skin of Our Teeth (1942). Both plays have been translated into the Norwegian and have been performed at Norwegian theatres, under the titles Byen vår and Familien Antrobus eller På det hengende hår respectively.
