Wear It Like A Crown

Cult circus. New circus. Theatre circus. Cirkus Cirkör has grown from an underground movement to a world-known ensemble with its own school. Wear It Like A Crown is a performance about carrying one’s fears and accept one’s failures with pride.

More

On a revolving stage six performers move through a world of illusion, shadow play, knife throwing, acrobatics, trapeze arts, juggling and drama. In this tragicomic, absurdist performance the ringmaster Tilde Björfors explores how risk can turn into opportunity. The whole thing is inspired by Norwegian Rebekka Karijord’s music, in a perfect mix of modern and traditional circus. The results will turn you over.
