Mio, My Son
Mio, My Son (1997) was a signed language theatre production by Oslo Døveteater (Oslo Deaf Theatre). Mio, My Son was based on the novel for children by Astrid Lindgren, in a theatrical adaption by Einar Dahl. The production opened during the festival Døves Kulturdager 1997 in Haugesund, October 11, and was later performed at Musikkteatret in Oslo.
Einar Dahl directed it.
Later, the production was performed in Ålesund and in Trondheim.
Mio, My Son was supported by The Norwegian Ministry of Culture, among others, and produced with assistance by The Norwegian Touring Theatre.
