Seljordspelet
The foundation Seljordspelet was established in August 2007, after three years of project work to revive the second oldest outdoors play tradition in Norway.

The objective of the foundation Seljordspelet is preserving and developing the tradition of outdoors plays Seljord Ungdomslag, among others, has been carried on for more than 40 years. The foundation shall, through cooperation between amateurs and professional actors and instructors continue the annual tradition of outdoors plays and historical reenactments, and shall stimulate authors to write new plays and reenactments anchored in the local.
The foundation is organised with its own board and representatives. Behind stands the municipality of Seljord, and a range of the bank, business and culture life in Seljord.
