Paul Kessel and John Fiske first met in 1974 on a football pitch in and took an immediate dislike to each other. Despite this, a year later they both became members of the Belt and Braces Roadshow Company (Paul played bass and sang, John played guitar and wrote the music). Following several tours of Sweden with Belt and Braces in the late seventies, Paul met someone in Sweden, well, he became romantically attached actually, and she had a friend and, well, to cut a long story short they both moved to Sweden in 1981" (Kesselofski and Fiske, 02.08.2010, www.kesselofski-and-fiske.nu).
