The borough of Clapton in London hasn’t got much to offer visitors. Actually, the borough hasn’t much to offer anyone. The only available jobs in Clapton are the kind you have to spend two to five years in jail for.
It is Friday night, The Wolf-Pack’s owner and bartender has just pushed the last customers out when the phone rings. A travel bureau in Sweden is wondering whether The Wolf-Pack can provide "a real and very typical cockney music hall evening" for a Swedish travel company.
This isn’t exactly what the pub ordinarily does, but the owner sees it as a shortcut out of his permanent financial struggles. But at the same time, he meets a challenge. For a typical night at The Wolf-Pack is one of those evenings somewhat sane tourists would pay to avoid...
