Festival de Almada
Festival de Almada (AKA Almada International Theatre Festival in Portuguese: Festival Internacional de Teatro de Almada) takes centre stage in Lisbon during the first two weeks of July.
Events take place at several venues across the city, including the Centro Cultural de Belém and the Almada Theatre. Alongside the numerous international theatre groups visiting, there are also dance performances and street theatre, exhibitions and talks among the events.
