Kopergietery
Kopergietery is a performing arts centre with a focus on theatre, dance and music directed largely towards young audiences. It is also a workplace where young people make theatre, dance and create in workshops.
Kopergietery is situated in a former factory building in the centre of Ghent, Belgium, and is host to theatre companies and artists from Belgium and abroad.
It was founded in 1978 under the name Speelteater. In 1994 the company moved to a disused copper foundry (kopergietery) and so acquired its current name, Kopergietery.
