The Wild Duck (1942) was a theatre production by Trøndelag Theatre, based on the play by Henrik Ibsen.

The theatre's heqad at the time, Henry Gleditsch, directed it, and was also to play the role of Doctor Relling. But shortly before the planned opening October 6, he was arrested by the German occupation forces. He was executed October 7.

Axel Thue played the role of Gregers Werle.

Ingolf Rogde played the role of Hjalmar Ekdal.

Siri Rom played the role of Hedvig Ekdal.
