Survivors from the 20th century! We long for a time when we weren't nostalgic! We build the future on the remains from the past! It is about the time and the way and more! Come to Amfiscenen (the Amphi Stage)! We watch film and dig tunnels!
Director and playwright Jonas Corell Petersen is back at The National Theatre with his new production Arbeidstittel: Savnet fellesskap. Petersen has, with his distinct stage expression, become one of our most recognised theatre makers, who in an absurd, humorous and serious way has dealt with the great existential issues with which we humans struggle."
"In September The International Ibsen Festival is arranged. The National Theatre stages three plays by Ibsen: The Master Builder at the main stage, Hedda Gabler at The Torshov Theatre and The Vikings at Helgelandat Malersalen.
