Rom for forandring* (Room for change) by Eirik Tveiten found its title in a catalogue from IKEA. It is about the couple Ørjan and Åsne. She is ten years older than him, with a broken marriage in her past. He is young and naïve and wants to give love total rule. The play goes over fourteen short scenes, describing half a year of the relationship, from a hot start until misunderstandings have made the relationship impossible to navigate.

"Rom for forandring* (Room for change) tells the not untypical, but sad story of a cohabitation dissolving. Tveiten’s dialogue is snappy and found directly in daily life – here is not much linguistic ornamentation, and nor is there theatrical embellishment."
Dagsavisen, Bengt Calmeyer
"Rom for forandring* (Room for change) takes the perspective of a man in a production which eventually conveys a provocative kind of hidden contempt for women. She is presented as the big bad selfish wolf, eating his red desire and turning him into a victim. (...) The texts lack subtext and message and it is natural to ask what the writer wants to tell his audience besides saying that love is terror, woman is a sly tiger and there is nothing we can do about it."
Klassekampen, Grete Indahl
