Deimos Aleksanders hemmelige notater* (Deimos Aleksander’s secret notes)

Deimos Aleksanders hemmelige notater* (Deimos Aleksander’s secret notes) by Kim Atle Hansen, was a staged reading for children aged 10 years or more in The Open Theatre (Det Åpne Teater) the autumn of 2006: Deimos is a short and skinny ten year old who is very interested in space journeys. One day he is told that his mother is severely ill – and that he has won a secret journey to Mars with NASA.

Deimos says (translated by Sceneweb’s Lillian Bikset, as the play is not yet translated to English): "Time and room is the same. I don’t quite know how, but I like to think about it. It means that somewhere there is a worm hole I can go through and I can get back in time and I can stop Mommy from tanning so much and then she won’t be ill after all."
