Elsa Laula
Elsa Laula (2012) was a theatre production by Åarjelhsaemien Teatere (the Southern Sami Theatre) and Nord-Trøndelag Theatre. Elsa Laula was based on a text by Cecilia Persson, Liv Hege Nylund and Ada Einmo Jürgensen. The production was performed on tour.
Liv Hege Nylund directed it.
Cecilia Persson performed it.
Elsa Laula Renberg (1877-1931) was a pioneer in the fight for Sami rights.
Elsa Laula was revived in 2017.
