In 4 things worth trying - Version 1 NONcompany discussed the terms chances and response.

The company examined an increasing trend in media audiences constantly given the opportunity to speak their minds. Through comment options in which one can be anonymous and input in debates via text messages everybody has a say. How does such simplified statements and rapid choices in a debate, not to mention a performance?

In 4 things worth trying NONcompany wanted to illustrate this by letting the audience rule the show through anonymous feedback. This way the artists took the ultimate risk, to give away the responsibility for the performance. They gambled everything.

NONcompany invited the audience to take part in the development of the performance through voting by text message, on what to happen next. The spectators were also given the opportunity to comment anonymously on the performance as it went, and the comments were posted on an onstage screen.
