Rosmersholm

Rosmersholm (1940) was a theatre production by The National Stage, based on the play by Henrik Ibsen. The production was performed in Ole Bull Teatret. It was revived in 1943, then at the theatre's main stage.

Karl Bergmann directed it.

Carl Børseth Rasmussen interpreted the role of Johannes Rosmer.

Ella Hval interpreted the role of Rebecca West in 1940, and for six of the performances in 1943. For the rest of the 1943 run, Astrid Schwab took over the role.

Hans Bille played the role of Kroll. At the revival in 1943, he celebrated his 45th anniversary as an actor.
