The Vikings at Helgeland
The Vikings at Helgeland (1884) was a theatre production by The National Stage, based on the play by Henrik Ibsen. The production was performed in Komediehuset. It was revived in 1885, 1891 and 1892.
At the time of the premiere, Karen Thorsen played the role of Hjørdis. Laura Gundersen made a visiting performance in the role September 2 1885, and it was taken over by Mari Bjerke (later Mari Irgens-Hansen) at the rivival in 1891.
At the time of the premiere, Lars Michelsen played the role of Sigurd. Severin Roald took over the role at the rivival in 1891.
