L’Elisir d’Amore / The Elixir of Love
L’Elisir d’Amore (1967) was an opera production by The Norwegian National Opera. L’Elisir d’Amore was based on the opera of the same title by Gaetano Donizetti (music) og Felice Romani (libretto). The production was performed on The Norwegian National Opera’s main stage in Folketeateret.
The director was Holger Boland.
L’Elisir d’Amore toured with Riksoperaen (The Norwegian National Opera’s touring company) to Narvik, Harstad, Tromsø, Bodø, Gjøvik, Lillehammer, Trondheim, Kristiansund and Molde in 1968.
L’Elisir d’Amore was performed in Drammen in 1971.
L’Elisir d’Amore was performed in Lillestrøm in 1972.
