I AM NEVER PLAYING AGAIN! the little boy yells, and leaves the two dolls, Askepott and Måne, in the little house at the wolrd's end.

The Boy is afraid of losing his memories - cause if you play, you forget to remember, and then the Fog Beast comes and takes your memories.

Måne and Askepott do everything to make the playing continue - if they are forgotten, they will also be gone, gone away - forever.

The play "Gone, gone away" is about playing, memories and the fear of forgetting someone you have lost. The script is developed based on interviews with children, adults, and the actors.

The play is the first part of Annerledesprosjektet (The Different- project), where the theme is children who have a different childhood and adolescence.
