White-Bear-King-Valemon

White-Bear-King-Valemon (1980) was a production by Smugteateret, based on the Norwegian folktale. The production was performed in the attic of Bergen Academy of Art and Design. The time it took to perform it was eight hours.

Danish Willie Flindt led the production, a continuation of an experiment he had done in his home country, called "theatre of transformation". The basis for the action was the fairytale, at a visual plane. It was expressed through movement structured around lines and circles drawn at the floor.
