Charley's Aunt
Charley's Aunt (1994) was a theatre production by The Norwegian Theatre, based on the farce by Brandon Thomas. It was performed in a new version by Runar Borge, with music by Egil Monn-Iversen. The production was performed at the theatre's main stage.
Runar Borge directed it.
Rolf Wesenlund played the role of the false aunt, in this version called Uncle Bjarne.
This production of Charley's Aunt was developed into a new production by Thalia Teater, opening at Chateau Neuf in 1995. The Chateau Neuf version was filmed, and was broadcast by Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation.
