The Spanish Fly

The Spanish Fly (1970) was a theatre production by The National Theatre, based on the farce by Franz Arnold and Ernst Bach. The production was performed at the theatre's main stage.

Hans Dahlin directed it.

Per Aabel played the role of Ludwig Klinke. The performance June 11 1971 marked his 40th anniversary as an actor.

The Spanish Fly was transferred to Centralteatret in 1972, when The National Theatre had to close its main stage due to work on the building's fundament, and transferred anew to Chat Noir in 1973.
