Jeppe

Jeppe (1976) was a musical theatre production by The Norwegian Theatre. Jeppe was a musical adaption of the play Jeppe of the Hill by Ludvig Holberg, created by Tormod Skagestad (text) and Egil Monn-Iversen (music). The production represented the world premiere of the new adaption. It was performed in The Norwegian Theatre's facilities in Stortingsgaten.

Svein Erik Brodan and Henny Mürer directed it.

Rolv Wesenlund played the role of Jeppe.

Sølvi Wang played the role of Nille.

Sverre Wilberg played the role of the baron. He had acted the same role in the previous production of Jeppe of the Hill at The Norwegian Theatre 1963.
