Ferran Audi directed it.
Iver Bjurgren was nominated for The Hedda Award 2013 in the best supporting actor category for his efforts in Samson & Roberto.
Samson & Roberto was also nominated for The Hedda Award 2013 in the best production for children and youth category.

"Samson & Roberto is a production based on Ingvar Ambjørnsen's book for children called The Unexpected Inheritance, adapted for the theatre by Axel Hellstenius.
The main characters of the piece are Samson, an anxious, hungry dog, and Roberto, an optimistic, innovative cat. They live together in a worn-down apartment building and have neither food nor money. Suddenly one day Samson gets a letter informing him that his uncle Rin-Tin-Tei has died. Samson has inherited the haggard pension Fjordgløtt, plus 14 and a half Norwegian kroner. They pack their suitcases and go to Fjordgløtt, where many adventures and challenges await."
