    Press review

Sverre Mørkhagen, Winge, Lear og tomme tønner (literally: Winge, Lear and empty barrels) (debate), 15.03.1989, Dagbladet [Oslo]:
"To me it seemed provincial, most of all. [...] Very little is left of Shakespeare's lyrical flexibility, nor of Svein Selvig's new translation, for that sake - instead we get a lot of Winge's own overly obvious direction ideas. [...] To me it is thought-provoking, no, depressing, that we are talking about the director-to-come and the saviour of our most important theatre."
