Miramarmora
Miramarmora by NIE was created based on a true story about a child in a children’s home in a country far east in Europe. The main inspiration for the environment and moods of the production was André Bjerke’s optimistic fantasy world from his Funny Verses.

Miramarmora by NIE:
In a city by a lake lies a building. This building has many rooms and many windows. And in one of the rooms with a window facing the garden sits a boy. He is all by himself. This is not an apartment. This is not a hotel. This is not a library. Not a shopping centre. It is a children's home.
Very soon someone will come to take him to a better place than this. But he does not know. Not yet.
Our young hero Peter survives the children's home because he can escape it through his dreams. How can one's imagination become a bridge to hope before one knows what hope is?
Assisted by live music, storytelling and humour NIE took the audience to a playful landscape in the intersection between reality and imagination.
