Les Sylfides – Napoli, act III – Summernight

Les Sylphides – Napoli, act III - Summernight (1968) was a ballet production by The Norwegian National Opera. The productiion was performed on The Norwegian National Opera’s main stage in Folketeateret, and comprised 3 ballets: 

Les Sylphides, choreographed by Michael Fokine to music by Frédéric Chopin.

Napoli, act IIIchoreography by August Bournoville, music by Niels Wilhelm Gade og Edgar Helsted.

Summernight, choreography by Job Sanders to music by Arnold Schoenberg.

1969 saw the season premiere of: 

Les Sylphides, choreographed by Michael Fokine to music by Frédéric Chopin.

Summernight, choreography by Job Sanders to music by Arnold Schoenberg.

In 1970, Napoli, act III was performed together with One in Five and Miss Julie in Drammen.

Napoli, act III and Summernight were performed in Trondheim in 1970together with Bachianas Brasileiras and One in Five.

Les Sylphides was performed in Drammen in 1971.
