In the production flier the following, among other things, was written (text by Øyvind Berg):
"Office desk. Office desk. Image screen. Snout. The key persons carry a huge lock pick of thick steel wire into the snow, if there is any snow. The coffee shop is open, a human is doing acts on a small globe. The person Reim jump a rope in a studio. Another - Krall - understands the language and knocks the door with a bottle beneath the arm. It becomes hot, people stumble in traffic and enjoy in silence. Language finds other words.
The person Gorm dreams that she is an iceberg, her body calves in large, monotonous, dirty-brown blocks. The key persons free heads from black cupboards of cardboard. The situation is seemingly in lock-down, an ego fall to the earth, another springs up and claims to be the same one. The key persons surpass each other in declaring what failed. The person Dunengen hits the wall and stiffens. Most act as hens. Many touch each other.
The person Chain experiences for the first time how it is to sit well in a leather recliner. Some are hungry and go to eat. The person Ming feels slim in the head, and starts talking in long, abstract expressions. There is dance. The person Rett acts like a baby. The person Verb numbly touches his head.
One glances outwards in unison, towards the walls, makes love to one another and avoids any offspring worth mentioning. The person Bela struts like a dandy. Here and there men are finished, somebody talks about moderation. Many nod. The person Nesa has won a thigh wrestling game and feels put down. The key persons inhabit each other as people within the people. Life-threatening diseases are on offer, grandchildren, pensions. Many say no, thanks before the final, in which life as such is obviously not to be disliked."
In the program text of the production the following, among other things, was written:
"When BAK-TRUPPEN was trying to seduce The People, the group was sent into the world with a dangerous mission. First they saw two women, weaving a cloth with black and white threads, then a wheel which was turned by four boys, and then a handsome man who told them to breathe life into a horse's ass.
BAK-TRUPPEN returned to The People and asked, 'What does this mean?' The People answered: 'Those two women were She-Who-Gives and She-Who-Takes; the black and white threads are the night and the day; the wheel is the year, and the four boys are the four seasons. The man is the money, and the horse is just great...'."
Participants: Chain Fjolnesa Hansen-ert, Dunengen Jørsk, Bela Kirek, Verb Nidgøy, Rett Nash Pedal, Gorm Hau Teisen, Krall Woterbrøm Tiss, Nesa Venturopot, Ming Hild Vol and Reim W. Wortenh.
The names in the text above are first names from the anagrams the Baktruppen members made out of their real-life names.
Support Max Axe (Reidar Karlsen alias Max Axe) performed his own songs prior to the performances at Black Box Teater October 11-13 1991 (see list of performances).
" " was supported by the municipality of Oslo and The Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
