Choices
Choices was a choreography by Marie Hermo Jensen which was made as a dance project for St. Peter's School Contemporary Dance Project. How do different choices affect our lives and how do other people’s choices affect us? Choices posed questions about who control our lives and whether the choices we make are really our own.

Choices by Marie Hermo Jensen was made for pupils at St. Peter´s School in Cambridge, New Zealand. The aim of the project was creating and performing a modern dance piece. The pupils took part in the process of creating it from idea to performance. The choreography was developed in a series of workshops and ended in an exam and a performance at St. Peter’s School.
Choices focused on modern dance techniques, exploring the quality and details of movement, using weight and energy, the feeling of a room and gathered presence, plus some contact work.
