The Exact Position of Things by Nicole Beutler discusses how people, when they lose hold of reality, attempt to stick to familiar pattern and routines. But all the time little slips take place. In the performance this is shown through choreographic pattern being repeated with small changes.
The audience isn’t given concise answers, but is taken from an element to the next.
The Exact Position of Things by Nicole Beutler was supported by Fonds voor Amateurkunst en Podiumkunsten and VSB-Fonds.
The presentation of The Exact Position of Things during Bastard 2006 was supported by Arts Council Norway, the municipality of Trondheim and the Embassy of Holland.
