Kassandra Production

Kassandra Production consists of artists using different means of expression, so that the company works as an interdisciplinary base using dance, theatre and performance in its works.

Kassandra Production produces productions and installations, alone and in collaboration with others. The artists teach and work with scenic fundamental research. Kassandra Production often uses a complex stage language established on an interdisciplinary platform. The artists often use multimedia and include several levels of fiction in their work.

The venues are examined, traditional venues as well as untraditional spaces such as campers, private flats, internet and shut-down factories. The artists work much with improvisation and real time composition, both as part of the process and as a scenic expression.

Kassandra Production has produced and toured in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Iceland, Portugal, Germany, Russia, Belgium and Latvia. In 2006 the company visited Stamsund International Theatre Festival with the production Delusion.
