Red Mole
Red Mole was established in New Zealand in 1975 by Alan Brunton and Sally Rodwell.
Red Mole is one of the most well-known independent theatre ensembles in New Zealand. Brunton and Rodwell have toured large parts of the world with their original political performances, characterised by understated and hard-hitting sense of humour.

From 1978 to 1988 Red Mole worked with New York and Mexico as bases. After Red Mole established in New Zealand anew the company has, in addition to producing performances, worked on workshops, movies, publishing of texts and music, arranging of festivals and political activity.
