Bruno Heynderickx

Bruno Heynderickx came from the job as general manager for CAMPAI, an international bureau for contemporary dance and experimental theatre, which has among others represented Ina Christel Johannesen's company Zero Visibility Corp. internationally.

Bruno Heynderickx has been passionately interested in dance most of his life and has had a diverse international dance career since 1986, when he graduated Stedelijk Instituut voor Ballet in Antwerp. Heynderickx has a versatile background as dancer in different European and American contemporary companies and has worked as a dancer and an administrative manager for the acknowledged choreographer Rui Horta.

Bruno Heynderickx is an exciting profile within European contemporary dance, making his mark with strong artistic ambitions and a wide international network. He was among the pioneers behind the foundation of ECL COLINA, a European collaboration project for networking and research.

Carte Blanche's artistic director has a clear vision to develop the company's identity and let it make its mark more visibly internationally.
