Tosca
Tosca (1934) was an opera production by Teatro alla Scala in Milan in collaboration with The National Theatre. It was based on the opera by Giacomo Puccini (music), Giuseppe Giacosa (libretto) and Luigi Illica (libretto), after a play by Victorien Sardou.
Rosetta Pampanini sang the title role.
Cesare Formichi sang the role of Scarpia.
