The Day Dan Died by ESTRAD NORR Jämtlands läns musik och teater is about six ordinary persons an all ordinary day. The Day Dan Died is about a sad, nasty, wonderful, hopeful, amazing, horrible and despaired ordinary day. It is a humorous production about the big, serious issues of life and all the choices we are forced to make: What will we be? Who should we live with? What shall we live for?

The text of The Day Dan Died by ESTRAD NORR Jämtlands läns musik och teater is written by Rasmus Lindberg, a young playwright and direction student. Through a high pace and quick dialogue switches laughter and wonder is awaken due to the ordinary and the more special events in life.

The Day Dan Died was selected as the best production for youth during the performance art biennial in Lund in May 2006.

The Day Dan Died is presented in collaboration with the upper secondary school of Ringve. The performance was supported by the municipality of Trondheim.
