Cabaret
Cabaret (2020) was a musical theatre production by The National Stage, based on the musical by Fred Ebb (lyrics), John Kander (music) and Joe Masteroff (book), in turn based on a play by John Van Druten, I am a Camera, and stories by Christopher Isherwood. The production was performed at the theatre's main stage.
Nina Wester directed it.
Ida Holten Worsøe played the role of Sally Bowles.
Kristoffer Sagmo Aalberg played the role of Cliff Bradshaw.
Eirik del Barco Soleglad played the role of the emcee.
Part of the planned run the spring of 2020 was cancelled due to the Coronavirus pandemic. The production was revived in December 2020, and also performed in 2021, for a reduced number of spectators, due to Coronavirus prevention measures.
