Do you like porn?

Do you like porn? by Teater Grimsborken poses important questions about a taboo theme. The production is directed towards youth; an audience in a state of sexual awakening, who is daily being bombarded with impressions in which porn plays a role, directly or indirectly.

In many schools around the country sexual education is about biology, how to put a condom on a banana and which sexually transferrable infections one should avoid. But what do we learn besides it? Who teaches us? Does porn take part in young persons’ sexual awakening? And if it does: How?

"I think about what it was like for me, I mean, the how-to-say-it, tangible knowledge about sex, how it happens, how one does it, that I and my buddies got, that was through porn. And naturally I understood that porn wasn’t for real, so to speak, of course I did understand it when I got my first girlfriend, I was 18, and I was almost, or not almost, I was totally damned desperate, for never having done it, so when we were to have sex, my girlfriend and I, I sort of thought it would happen in a particular way. According to a particular chronology."
