Hamlet

Hamlet (1946) was a theatre production by The National Theatre, based on the play by William Shakespeare.

Hans Jacob Nilsen directed it.

Hans Jacob Nilsen also interpreted the title role. He was given Norwegian Critics' Award for theatre for the role.

Hamlet visited the castle of Kronborg's national outdoors stage in Denmark in June 1946, where six performances were played.
