The Count of Luxembourg (1941) was an operetta production by Centralteatret, based on the operetta by Franz Lehár (music), Alfred M. Willner (libretto), Robert Bodanzky (libretto) and Leo Stein (libretto).

The run was interrupted when the theatre closed its doors May 22, due to the World War II actor strike. The theatre reopened June 7 the same year.
