At the website of The Arctic Theatre the following, among other things, is written about Sykle i snøstorm* (Cycling in a snow storm):

"The occasion for the production is the 50th anniversary of The University of Tromsø, but this is not just the story of the northern university. It is rather the story of courage, will and ability to think anew. It starts with Peter F. Hjort, who was given the near impossible assignment of establishing a university in Northern Norway after being observed cycling in a snow storm. Fifty years later, we can conclude that many have followed him: Society is driven by brave, curious people who see opportunities and who think anew, and the university has been influential far beyond Northern Norway.

This production is a reminder of the necessity of changing perspective and the value of collective responsibility."
