Lodger
Dans til folket (Dance to the people) 2: Lodger by Eva-Cecilie Richardsen. Lodger is the first part of a mini-trilogy about inhabiting. The trilogy explores how we inhabit each others' lives, how we are simultaneously separated and exposed. Lodger will be followed by Low and Heroes, inspired by David Bowie's Berlin-trilogy.

These works will develop through occupying three different spaces while adapting flexible choreographic tableaus. The first of these was performed at Oktoberdans 2010 in a parking car park in Bergen. The importance of space in choreographic practice is a fundamental condition for the works of Eva-Cecilie Richardsen. Conceptions of the spatial lives of human beings and the idea that humans are both connected to, yet separated from each other through their living arrangements is inspired by the German philosopher Peter Sloterdijk.
