"Tjalve and Roskva prepare for a major race. Tjalve is among the quickest runners, but suddenly becomes so afraid of losing, he doesn't want to participate after all. That is when Roskva comes to think about the time they went with Thor and his hammer to Utgard.
Thor wanted to challenge the giants, to establish once and for all who was the strongest, quickest and smartest of them all. The giant ruler, Loke of Utgard, hardly even looked at them when they came to the challenge. And who did Thor choose to run against Huge? Tjalve. At the time, Tjalve didn't fear losing at all.
Myths are forever topical. They don't just tell us about a long time ago or in the old days. Myths have a value of their own, in that they can be translated to our own time and age, and tell us about now, always and every time. Join Tjalve and Roskva in Norse mythology, when the God Thor brought two human children to Utgard to fight the big giants."
