Dikt & førbainna løgn* (Poetry and damned lies)
Dikt & førbainna løgn* (Poetry and damned lies) (1977) was a theatre production by The Arctic Theatre, the world premiere of a play by Klaus Hagerup.
Pål Løkkeberg directed it.
Dikt & førbainna løgn was based on an actual workplace conflict in Bodø from 1976 (called Krysset-konflikten, the Krysset conflict), where two young women were fired from the grocery store they worked for after a strike. The reason for the strike was that the women wanted to join a union, whereas their employer did not accept this. The production became controversial due to its political content.
The song Ellinors vise was written for the production.
