Gesat
Gesat (1983) was a theatre production by The Arctic Theatre and The National Sami Theatre Beaivváš. Gesat was based on a play by Áilo Gaup, Knut Walle and Nils Gaup. The narrative revolves around two Sami artists, the writer Matti Aikio and the visual artist John Savio. The production first went on tour with The Arctic Theatre, and later in the Sá mi area, administrated by Beaivváš.
Knut Walle directed the production.
Gesat was the first production collaboration by The Arctic Theatre and Beaivváš.
