Skatten* (The Treasure)
Skatten* (The Treasure) (1882) was a production by The National Stage, based on a comic opera by Étienne Nicolas Méhul (music) and François-Benoît Hoffman (libretto). The French title of the opera is Le trésor supposé, ou Le danger d'écouter aux portes, meaning The Supposed Treasure, or The Danger of Eavesdropping. The production was performed in the theatre's venue Komediehuset.
*Not yet translated into the English. The title within parentheses is the Norwegian title's literal meaning.
